Ash is hugely passionate about the effect exercise and a balanced nutrition plan can have on life in general. Personally focused with a healthy exercise regime himself, Ash is keen on passing on knowledge & advice to help change body shape, increase energy & fitness levels & build strength.  With a realistic gym programme to get you started Ash would challenge you at the right pace to get you to your goal.
