Scilly Swim Challenge

On 14th September, Lisa and Helen took on the Scilly Swim Challenge.  This was a one-day event swimming 15km around the Isles of Scilly in the cold and challenging Atlantic Ocean.

All donations for the MND Association and Doddie Weir Foundation are hugely appreciated.

Heels Workshop with Tabby

Qigong Workshop with Naomi

Clear tension, improve flexibility, relax, re-energise, and cultivate your body’s vital energy (Qi). Simple flowing movements and mindful breathing support the mind-body connection, promoting physical health, clarity of mind, and overall wellbeing.

Qigong is for everyone regardless of fitness level and everything we practise in class can be done standing or seated. Find balance and vitality the Qigong way!

Breathe & Relax Workshop with Jim

Sunday 20th October 14:00 – 15:00

During this workshop you’ll systematically descend into a deep state of relaxation, allowing yourself to release stress, tension (physical, mental or emotional) & anxiety.

This will be done through the practises of breath awareness, limbering, focused breathing exeercises and a full body relaxation, all of which will leave you feeling profoundly peaceful and calm.
