Breathe & Relax Workshop with Jim

During this workshop you’ll systematically descend into a deep state of relaxation, allowing yourself to release stress, tension (physical, mental or emotional) & anxiety.

This will be done through the practises of breath awareness, limbering, focused breathing exeercises and a full body relaxation, all of which will leave you feeling profoundly peaceful and calm.

Qigong Workshop with Naomi

Clear tension, improve flexibility, relax, re-energise, and cultivate your body’s vital energy (Qi). Simple flowing movements and mindful breathing support the mind-body connection, promoting physical health, clarity of mind, and overall wellbeing.

Qigong is for everyone regardless of fitness level and everything we practise in class can be done standing or seated. Find balance and vitality the Qigong way!

line dance is a choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows.

Lindy Hop is a fusion of many different dance styles including Charleston, Jazz and Swing.
