Each year we select a charity partner and for 2024 and 2025 we’ve chosen to support MND Association and My Names Doddie for the amazing work they do.

The combination of research and support to families affected by this disease is brilliant and we’re looking forward to supporting them to continue doing so.

Simple flowing movements and mindful breathing support the mind-body connection, promoting physical health, clarity of mind, and overall wellbeing. Qigong is for everyone regardless of fitness level and everything we practise in class can be done standing or seated.
