Elaine’s training can help you better understand how to navigate the landscape of nutrition in a way that is suited to your individual needs.

Maybe you’re overwhelmed and confused by the raft of advice and marketing out there about nutrition, maybe what you’ve always done to manage your weight no longer works, maybe you want to lose weight, build muscle or fuel your active lifestyle in a healthy and nutritious way or you want to understand ways you can eat healthily on a budget or that is kinder to the environment: Elaine can help.

Initial Nutrition Consultation

60 minute – £90

At this appointment, together, you will review information from your pre-consult questionnaire and talk about what you hope to achieve from these sessions.

You may be asked to provide a food and physical activity diary following this appointment.

Follow Up Nutrition Consultation

60 minute – £60

Recommendations based on an analysis of the information previously collected will be discussed, goals and timescales will be set.

Together you will identify and build on strategies, tools and habits aiming to embed sustainable long-term lifetsyle change to improve you overall health and wellbeing.

Weight Management Food Plan

Recommendations for what to eat and when to support your weight management goals.

Sports Performance Food Plan

Recommendations based on the latest scientific research to support your sports performance needs.

You will talk about what you can eat rather than what you can’t.  Elaine focuses on swaps and additions to your nutritional intake not restrictions.  Together you will identify and build on strategies, tools and habits that have worked well for you in achieving goals in the past aiming to embed sustainable long-term lifestyle change by empowering you with the tools and information you need to make the right choices for improving your health and wellbeing.

Dietary requirements to manage specific health conditions will be referred, however, learning or re-learning how to eat a healthy balanced diet will often have the effect of improving chronic symptoms you may be experiencing.
