Have you met Kim yet?

 

Kim qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in January 2011 after always having a passion for training and a love of working with other to help them achieve their goals. She really enjoys teaching classes and showing clients that exercise doesn’t have to be boring!

Classes taught include Spin, Core Conditioning, Boxing, Circuits, Kettlebells and LBT. In a Kim class you can expect to work hard but also to have fun at the same time.

Returning from maternity leave Kim was eager to get back into the gym and began working with tfd in March in a reception and membership support role. Now you can find Kim behind reception helping with member enquiries and also on the gym floor, as well as teaching classes such as spin and body conditioning. Kim is also regularly taking our induction and goal setting appointments with members. If you are looking to have a gym programme written for you then why not book in a goal setting and let Kim put you through your paces?! Goal settings and also body compositions can be booked at reception.

Members can book both live and virtual classes 7 days in advance via FitSense. Non-members can book 2 days in advance for live classes at a cost of £8.40 per class.
