I started working in the fitness industry in 2006, having had a passion for sport throughout my school years. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, with qualifications in Pre & Post Natal Exercise, Menopause Wellness, Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Pilates, Yoga, Exercise to Music & Conditioning.
Making exercise achievable, enjoyable and effective at all ages, whether a beginner or experienced is what I love doing. Seeing clients achieve their goals throughout their journey, whether it is losing weight, getting fitter, increasing strength or changing shape makes my job rewarding.
Keeping training fresh and challenging helps to keep clients motivated and in turn, see consistent results.
