WHAT IS TFD RUN CLUB?
Looking to improve your 5k or boost your overall health and fitness? This is the club for you. Designed for runners who can cover 5km without stopping, our sessions combine structured workouts, conditioning, and progressive training, not always continuous, but always effective. With regular fitness testing to track progress and update your pacing, plus 2-3 groups to suit different speeds, you’ll be challenged at the right level every week. Build your running performance while developing endurance, a key pillar of health that supports recovery and helps you handle everyday stress. Train with purpose. Get better together.

Structured for All Runners
Designed for those who can comfortably run 5km, our sessions aren’t always continuous. We break training into varied formats and organise runners into 2–3 groups based on pace, ensuring everyone is challenged at the right level.

Each week builds on the last, developing a key pillar of fitness: endurance. Not only will you run stronger, but you’ll also improve recovery, resilience, and your ability to handle everyday physical and mental stress.

Personal Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Coach with 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I combine practical coaching with a strong academic background in performance, health, and rehabilitation. I completed a BSc in Strength & Conditioning at the University of South Wales, where I spent three years gaining hands-on experience within professional sports environments, including placements with Swansea City FC and Cardiff City FC
