Personal Trainer
I’ve always had a keen interest in various sports and I initially became passionate about my own fitness, goal setting & nutrition and have competed in a HYROX, half marathons and 10k’s. Wanting to pass on knowledge to others, I completed Level 2 Fitness Instruction in Jan 2020 then keen to learn more, I went on the complete Level 3 Personal Training in March 2021. I have since added CPD courses in Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Pilates & Spin.
My PT clients have seen amazing results in their health & fitness as well as great enjoyment in the gym. One of my main strengths is working 1 to 1 with people to improve confidence & understanding. I believe everybody can train regardless of age & ability, it’s all about creating realistic programmes.
