Spin Studio
Our Spin Studio features 20 Keiser M3 spin bikes, professional sound-insulation, and full air conditioning for a comfortable ride every time. Designed for both high-intensity cardio workouts and rhythm-based group classes, the studio’s sound-to-light technology enhances the atmosphere and keeps energy levels high.
Whether you’re a regular spinner or trying your first class, this space is ideal for improving endurance, boosting your heart rate and enjoying a motivating community vibe.
Kinesis Studio
The Kinesis Studio is equipped with specialised functional training equipment, perfect for both group sessions and individual workouts. This area is well suited for improving:
- Strength through resistance-based movements
- Core stability and balance work
- Flexibility and range of motion
It’s an excellent choice for anyone wanting to complement their gym routine with training that enhances real-world movement patterns and athletic performance.
Mustang Studio
Featuring a sprung wooden floor and full air-conditioning, the Mustang Studio hosts a variety of classes designed for both body and mind. This welcoming space is perfect for activities such as:

Dakota Studio
Our Dakota Studio is dedicated to dance-based classes for adults, offering a fun and expressive way to stay fit. Fully air-conditioned and designed with movement in mind, the studio hosts sessions including:
- Commercial and Contemporary Dance
- Ballet and Barre Classes
- Contemporary movement sessions
Perfect for both experienced dancers and those trying dance fitness for the first time, this space combines creativity with a great workout.
Gym Floor
The gym floor is a spacious, open-plan area that creates an energetic and motivating environment for training. With plenty of room to move freely, it comfortably accommodates high-intensity HYROX classes as well as focused 1:1 personal training sessions. The layout allows for seamless transitions between functional workout zones, strength equipment, and conditioning areas, making it ideal for dynamic group sessions and tailored coaching alike.
Classes & Booking
All studio sessions form part of TFD Gym’s extensive class programme, with over 85 classes per week spanning cardio, strength, functional training and mind-body formats. Members enjoy free access to these classes as part of their membership, while non-members can book on a Pay-As-You-Go basis.
Booking is easy using the Technogym app, where members can select classes in advance and manage their schedule.
