We are a family run, extremely spacious independent health & fitness gym with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that also delivers a highly professional service. We have gym memberships to suit everyone, and we run over 70 fitness classes every week in our dedicated fitness and spin studios. We also have a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, on site hair salon, beautician, sports massage therapist and so much more. Our friendly team are always on hand to help and encourage you to reach your fitness goals.

Our large open plan gym floor space with a panoramic first floor, super high ceiling, air extract, safe workout zones, group fitness and dance studios, dedicated spin studio, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms provide members with the choice of environment in which to spend their leisure time.
tfd covers it all with a vast class schedule of group classes, personal trainers, sports injury diagnosis, treatment and massage, as well as hair, beauty and tanning. Our member app makes it really easy to book classes & swimming. All classes are free to members and non-members can book and pay on the app.
