Swimming is a great exercise for body and mind. Moving your whole body against the resistance of the water provides you with an excellent workout. During your workout your heart rate will slowly increase , building endurance, muscle strength and tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.

Swimming is a form of exercise that releases endorphons, which can improve mood, reduce anxiety and helps you relax. Also increase the blood flow to your brain, improving cognitive function, balance, and memory.

As swimming is gentle impact, using the water for rehabilitation is great exercise. It can help with injury recovery and strengthen musles around bones and joints due to the natural water buoyancy and resistance.

Whether you decide to swim alone or socially there are so many benefits and swimming is fun, natural, and totally relaxing.

All you need is a swimming costume, towel, goggles and hat (your choice). So, take the plunge and just enjoy it, splashing around or serious swimming there are so many benefits for you and your body.
