An event for our competitive members where instructors claimed 5 members for their team all fighting for the winners trophy! The theme was 1 minute for each person, rowing, doing sit ups, press-ups, cycling, dips and pull ups + the bonus Builders Sack race for the grand finale. The cumulative team scores were calculated and this year Claire S’s team won the champagne and glass trophy.
