Let’s face it, most of us have used the phrase ‘I’ll start on Monday’ or ‘I’m going to be good tomorrow’. This time of year it’s probably a case of ‘I’ll start in January’ or ‘I’ll get Christmas out of the way first’. But why wait?!

Every day you aren’t doing any exercise or eating healthily is a day longer that it will take for you to see the results. Break yourself in gently with a class or two and book yourself in with one of our instructors to get a programme for in the gym.

If you’ve been talking about getting fit or losing weight with a friend why not take the leap and do it together. You are more likely to stay motivated and keep going to the gym and classes if you know you are meeting someone to do the exercise.
