Lunchtime is the perfect time for a workout and we have a class for you most days throughout the week. There is something to suit everyone and you’ll be making the most of your lunch hour!
- Mondays 12.30-1.00pm TOTAL BODY WORKOUT with Alex
A brilliant way to incorporate cv and toning into your workout. Total body workout is in the studio in a circuit based class, using your body-weight and various equipment.
- Tuesdays 12.30-1.00pm YOGALATES with Steffi
Fusion of yoga and pilates creating a stronger core and relaxing the mind, including a good full body stretch.
- Wednesdays 12.30-1.00pm SPIN with Steffi
An instructor led high energy cycling class held in our dedicated spin studio. Fun and energetic, it will give you a good calorie burning workout.
- Thursdays 1.00-1.45pm KEEP FIT with Ema
Exercises designed for 60+ years and beginners, warming up in the gym on the cardio machines followed by a studio based workout.
Members can book 7 days in advance at reception or via the FitSense app. Non-members are welcome at £8.40 per class and can call us to book 2 days in advance on 01235 772995.
