Have you tried one of our virtual classes on FitSense yet?

 

 

Since re-opening we have expanded our options for members, now including over 30 virtual classes and workouts every single week that can be done anywhere at anytime!

With so many classes to choose from including Zumba, Konga, Kettlebells, Strong, Cardio HIIT and now our latest addition Spin, that can be done either at home if you have a bike or on our spin bikes on the gym floor at anytime, there really are endless options for our members.

The virtual classes are on our members app ‘FitSense’ and you can easily identify these by the camera logo that appears next to the class name when viewing each day. To take part in a class you need to ensure that you are booked on prior to the start time of the class. At the start time this class will move to the “attended” section of your manage bookings at the top right hand side of your screen. From here you can click the “play” symbol to watch the video whenever suits you. The video will stay here for you to re-watch and take part in as many times as you wish!

We will be filming new classes with different content each month to keep your workouts and classes varied and interesting so that you can push yourself.
