Fitness Yoga classes at tfd are taught by our lovely instructors Olga and Julie. They both have an expansive knowledge of the yoga world and guarantee to leave you feeling extremely relaxed but invigorated after each of their classes.
Classes are tailored for both beginners and regular yoga-goers by having different variations of each movement. Moves and postures will be broken down for those newer to yoga but also progressions will be provided for the more experienced participant. Your ability or previous experience really is no issue!
Fitness Yoga is an invigorating and relaxing class that focuses on your breathing awareness and merging your breathing with movements. The postures aid in giving both physical and mental benefits and will allow your mind to take a much needed break from everyday life, giving the body an opportunity to move freely.
Our Fitness Yoga classes are with Olga Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm and with Julie Thursdays 7.15-8.15pm and Sundays 9.00-10.00am.
Members can book 7 days in advance at reception or via the FitSense app. Non-members are welcome and can book 2 days in advance.
