  • 1x barbell shoulder press
  • 1x press-up on bar

The bear complex is usually a combination of 5 movements, which you complete one repetition of 7 rounds through. In our remix, we add a barbell row and deadlift to start and a press-up to begin to include a hip hinge and vertical press and vertical row, covering each movement for a full body session. Completing 1 repetition of each in a row for 7 rounds completes the bear complex remix.
