HYROX Training Club
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines functional strength training with endurance, specifically eight 1km runs interspersed with eight different functional workout stations. These often include exercises like SkiErg, sled pushes/pulls, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.
It’s designed to be inclusive, with different divisions (singles, doubles, relays) to accomodate various fitness backgrounds. The format is consistent across all events, allowing for global rankings and a World Championship.
