Technogym App FAQs

Here you’ll find everything you need to know from step by step guides to frequently asked questions making your app experience seamless and stress-free.

Checking in using the App...

Accessing the QR code:
    • When you arrive, open the Technogym app on your phone.
    • At the bottom of the screen, tap “Open Card”. A QR code will appear for a few seconds. If you miss it, tap on your profile picture in the top right corner to see a preview of the access card, then tap it again to view the full-screen QR code.
Using the QR code to check in:
    • Scan the QR code at the club entrance to check in.
    • Keep in mind, the QR code refreshes every time you open the app, so it’s important to close and reopen the app each time you visit.
    • For easy and fast scanning, align your QR code with the green indicator line on the scanner.
    • NOTE: Screenshots of the QR code won’t work, so make sure you’re using the live version from the app.
Logging into equipment:
    • On the equipment, tap Login in the top right corner and select the QR code scanner next to your profile picture on the app.
    • Then, scan the QR code on the machine and you’re good to go!

We also have membership check-in fobs available at reception if you would prefer to use one of these.

How does the waiting list system work?

Our waiting list operates to ensure all the spaces in each class are being utilised as much as possible. If you’re not yet familiar with how this works here are some helpful instructions:

    • When a space becomes available in a class that you are on the waiting list for, you’ll get a notification at the top of your device letting you know.
    • If you click this notification it will take you to the booking page for that activity.
    • If it shows ‘book’ you can click this to book the available space, however if it shows as ‘leave waitlist’ someone has already taken the space this time so keep your eyes peeled for the next notification.

To ensure you’re getting these notifications please check your notification settings in the app to make sure they are all toggled on as shown in the image. Alternatively, bring your phone to the desk next time you’re in and the team can check it for you.

It is asking me to confirm my account, what do I do?

Here are two ways in which you can confirm your account:

 

    • Follow the link in the email and sign in to confirm your account using your Technogym App username and password.

 

    • Alternatively, go to mywellness.com and sign in using your Technogym App username and password. This will confirm your account.

FAQ's

Where do I find my personalised training programme?

On the Coach tab under ‘Your training programmes’

Why can't I see all my future bookings?

On the Coach tab, you will see all bookings up to 3 weeks in advance under ‘Your appointments’.

Future appointments that have been confirmed will show as they fall into this window of time.

Is there free wifi at tfd?

Yes, we have free wifi available throughout the gym. There’s no password needed to connect so just select ‘TFD Free Wifi’ from the list and you should find checking in with the app works much faster.

How do I download the app?

From the welcome email, follow the link to download the app. Once downloaded it will ask you to ‘Create an account’ making sure to use the same email address you used to sign up for your membership. It will then ask you to fill in a few details to set up your account.

If you already have an account with Technogym or MyWellness, use this password to Log In. It will then tell you an account already exists, select ‘IT’S ME’ to connect your TFD membership and Technogym app together.

How do I update my health questionnaire?

You can update your health questionnaire anytime you need to via the Technogym app. Just click on ‘TFD’ at the bottom and select ‘Health Questionnaire’ to begin filling in your new up to date form.

Where do I find my body composition results in the app?

If you have had a body check up with one of our team at the gym, the results will be saved for you in the Technogym app. To find these, click on the ‘Results’ tab at the bottom right of your screen, select ‘Wellness Passport’ at the top and then you can explore all your results from this page. Helpful arrows will show next to some reuslts to indicate whether your progress has gone up or donw since last time.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password for the Technogym App follow these steps below:

    • Select Log In, then click ‘Forgot your password?’.
    • You will the receive an email with a link to reset your password.

What if I don’t receive this email?

 

    • Go to mywellness.com, put in your email address and select ‘Forgot password’
    • This will send you an email from My Wellness to reset your password.
