Elaine’s training can help you better understand how to navigate the landscape of nutrition in a way that is suited to your individual needs.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed and confused by the raft of advice and marketing out there about nutrition, maybe what you’ve always done to manage your weight no longer works, maybe you want to lose weight, build muscle or fuel your active lifestyle in a healthy and nutritious way or you want to understand ways you can eat healthily on a budget or that is kinder to the environment: Elaine can help.
