A lovely space to chill out and enjoy the warmth of our Nordic sauna and steam rooms. When you have less energy for a long workout or just want to take five, put your swimmers on and recharge in our spacious spa area.

Prepare your skin for holidays using our Aurora UV Vertical Tanning booth located next to the hair studio. We encourage safe and responsible use of the sunbed and offer advice to all users. Tokens can be purchased from reception.

tfd operates a controlled and responsible sunbed usage policy.

sunbed packages

  • £40 for 15 tokens (45 minutes)
  • £50 for 20 tokens (60 minutes)
  • £70 for 30 tokens (90 minutes)

Individual tokens of 3 minutes are also available at a cost of £3 each and can be purchased at reception.

At your induction we talk you through safe use of the sauna and steam rooms at tfd. When using the tanning booth for the first time, we will ask you to complete a sunbed specific health questionnaire to ensure you are aware of the risks associated with over use. Should you have any queries after your induction we are always available to help and advise.
